It seems that the people of Corinth were frustrated with Paul for not visiting them. In reply, Apostle Paul says:
My prayer is that we will be a generation of Yes women.
The kind of women who say yes to God in all things – even when it’s scary or when the lies in our head threaten to overwhelm us.
The kind of women who accept praise and compliments with a reply of “all glory to God,” because we know who truly deserves the credit.
The kind of women who when someone asks why we do this or don’t do that, we can say it’s because the Word of God tells us so or because God guided us to accept this job offer or to start this ministry.
The kind of women who are guided by the Holy Spirit in all areas of our lives – from how we spend our days to whom we choose to marry.
The kind of women who say yes to serving others, because we know that humility is not thinking of oneself less, but thinking of others more.
Because in the end, our answer is always amen and all for the glory of God.
